SUBU is the sandal you wear in winter, with a padded upper and a sole that works just as well outside as in. Sounds odd, sells well.

In France that runs through Dunes and a network of sales agents: reps who visit shops, show collections and take orders. On paper, once. Not anymore.

Agents with a portfolio of their own

Every agent sees their own customers, with their brands, last order and open pre-orders. They create new customers themselves: VAT number, which brands the shop gets to see, delivery addresses, discount and payment terms. The login goes straight to the shop by email.

Visiting a customer? They pick ‘order on behalf of’ and work in that shop’s catalogue, with its prices and delivery address. Anything outside their portfolio, they don’t see.

Meanwhile, stock stays up to date through an integration with the distributor’s software. And with import and export, collections and customer lists move in and out of the platform smoothly, without anyone spending an evening with a spreadsheet.

Same platform, different shoes

SUBU runs on our B2B platform: a private wholesale shop for brands and their distributors. One foundation, finished to measure every time and connected to the software that’s already there. Also in this orbit:

Igor · G.H. Bass · Tretorn · &Other Step · Home Studyo · Herschel · Bon Parfumeur · Parkland

One platform, lots of brands. Dunes even runs three of them at once.
