Herschel was founded in 2009 by brothers Jamie and Lyndon Cormack, and named after the town where three generations of their family grew up. Today the brand sells worldwide. For their retailers in Europe, we built an ordering portal on our B2B platform.

The order is only the beginning

Placing an order is one moment. After that, a retailer wants to know it arrived safely, when it ships and what they owe. The platform sends those emails itself: a confirmation with the overview, a message as soon as the parcel is on its way, and the invoice as a PDF. In the brand’s look, in the customer’s language, and also available under ‘My orders’.

Fewer calls to customer service asking whether an order has shipped yet. Customer service has better things to do.

Same platform, different shoes

Herschel runs on our B2B platform: a private wholesale shop for brands and their distributors. One foundation, finished to measure every time and connected to the software that’s already there. Also in this orbit:

Igor · G.H. Bass · SUBU · Tretorn · &Other Step · Home Studyo · Bon Parfumeur · Parkland

One platform, lots of brands. Dunes even runs three of them at once.
