A retailer doesn’t order ‘a shoe’. They order two pairs in size 36, four in 37, six in 38 and preferably nothing in 41, because those always end up on the shelf. So a wholesale shop has to think in sizes, not in products.

For Igor we built the ordering platform where their distributors in France and the Benelux sort all of that out on a single screen.

One row per model, one box per size

For each model, every size sits side by side, with the stock underneath. Sold out is grey, nearly gone is orange. Fill in your quantities and the row keeps count: pairs and amount. It works just as well on a phone, with a plus and a minus per size, for anyone ordering between two customers.

Stock and pre-order live in the same shop, with one switch between them. What can leave the warehouse today and what only arrives next season never end up in the same basket.

Behind the scenes

Igor manages products, prices, promotions and stock themselves, and keeps retailers in the loop with mailings. All in several languages, because a distributor in Brussels and one in Bordeaux don’t read the same.

Same platform, different shoes

Igor runs on our B2B platform: a private wholesale shop for brands and their distributors. One foundation, finished to measure every time and connected to the software that’s already there. Also in this orbit:

G.H. Bass · SUBU · Tretorn · &Other Step · Home Studyo · Herschel · Bon Parfumeur · Parkland
