Do you handle hosting and maintenance too?
Yes, and it is not an afterthought. We host the sites we build ourselves, in Belgium, with daily backups, certificates and updates we keep an eye on. Nothing ties you down: if you want to leave, you take your site with you.
What maintenance means here
- Updates to the CMS, the plugins and the PHP version — before something breaks, not after
- Daily backups, and the test that they really restore (a backup you never try is a rumour)
- Certificates, domains and mail that keep working without you thinking about it
- Small changes in between, without an invoice going out for a typo
What it isn’t
No subscription that locks you in, no bundle of services you never use. If you move on, you take the code, the content and the images with you. We would rather keep a client because it works than because they can’t leave.
