A treehouse, but with wifi
De Boomhut primary school in Ghent is getting a new website. The briefing took place at astronaut Yann’s kitchen table — Ann teaches there.
She knows which corner of the playground is the most popular, and what parents ask when they call. We know how to put that on a screen without it feeling like a form from the town hall. Ground control to Miss Ann, then.
The site follows the illustrations of the school’s new logo: warm, woody, plenty of green, and an opening image that makes you want to climb something. The school can rearrange the homepage itself: the month’s menu up front in September, the school fair in June.
Online soon. Climbing high is allowed.
