YUB, that's right!
YUB (Young UPSI BVS, Union Professionnelle du Secteur Immobilier / Beroepsvereniging van de Vastgoed Sector) is an innovative networking forum for young real estate professionals promoting relations between higher & middle management.
YUB organizes events, debates, seminars & lunches to encourage the exchange of best practices & professional knowledge. They maintain close contact with other organizations, administrations, and young politicians.

UPSI-BVS and Major Tom have been working together since 2002!
In 2019 UPSI-BVS commissioned Major Tom to work on a new concept for young real estate professionals. Major Tom came up with the name YUB and designed their new logo. The square and triangle symbolize diversity in the construction sector. The upside-down arch is a bridge and represents the dialogue and the organizational aspect of the new structure. In its entirety, it's also a winking smiley to emphasize positivity ;-).

Major Tom designed and produced UPSI's annual report for the tenth year in a row!
2019 was also the year we worked on UPSI's and YUB's new extranet. A member management tool, invoicing application, and event management, invitation, and registration platform. To be launched shortly!
