The COVID-19 pandemic forces many businesses and organizations to adapt their way of doing things. Many of our clients have requested last-minute updates to their infrastructures as a direct result of measures being taken to fight the Coronavirus.
This is also the case for "Huisartsen ’t Zuid", a team of young and dynamic general practitioners in Ghent. In order to overcome panic visits, regulate a high increase in appointment requests, and make sure possible infected COVID-19 patients are treated separately, we had to implement different updates to the existing application.
Patient-stop integration, temporary appointment-blocking, conditional fields, and special alert implementations are some of the new features in their software.
